Systems Analysis
Usually systems analysis is synonymous with computers.  However, many processes in businesses or organizations are systems of one kind or another, whether related to computers or not.  There are many ways in which technological solutions can simplify processes, enhance efficiency, and help with overall operations.  We also know that there are also systems where technology can create more problems than it solves.  It is important to identify the difference.

While we are technology oriented, we realize that sometimes technology is not the answer.  What we do is look at systems or processes, analyze all functions related to them, then recommend any enhancements, whether or not it relies on technology.  What we DO NOT do is recommend technological solutions just because they are available.

Depending on the setup of the organization, technology may not be the answer.  Computers and technology have a place, but that determination takes an individual approach.
